Terra View Homes set to launch energy efficient community in Guelph

Terra View Homes is gearing up for the fall launch of residential home sales in its highly anticipated NiMa Trails project in Guelph.NiMa Trails will include 360 units of multi-block and single-detached homes all built to the Net Zero Ready standard and offered in a variety of layouts, ranging from 1,700 to 3,600 sq. ft. The multi-phase community infrastructure for Phase 1A and 1B is nearing completion.
With upwards of 180 multi units planned for the development, residential space will make up the majority of the 34 acres that the project spans in the city's north end.
