New release of suites at Solmar’s Edge T2 in Mississauga

After the successful sale of the first of three Towers near Burnhamthorpe and Hurontario in Mississauga, sales have officially begun for Edge T2. Due to overwhelming demand, Solmar has now released more suites for sale on both higher and lower floors.

Available suites at Edge T2 range from 492 to over 1,400 square feet. Sales were fuelled by an amazing incentive program which included: free parking, free locker, free assignment; low lot levy cap, the ability to rent during occupancy, and a 15 per cent initial deposit spread out over 18 months.

Location was also a major contributor to the successful sales of the first batch of suites at Edge T2. According to the City, the major area for population growth in Mississauga over the next few years, by far, will be in the downtown core, surrounding Square One.

The guest speaker at the Edge T2 Grand Opening was Mayor Bonnie Crombie, and she spoke about the new LRT that will be running right in front of Edge Towers, and will connect all of Peel, from north to south, with over 20 kilometres of rapid, reliable transit.

“Edge Towers is positioned well for the major growth coming to Mississauga, especially considering the GO Train station is a five-minute walk away, offering efficient travel to Union Station and the Airport.”

The Mayor went on to say, “Mississauga is known to have a great supply of educated and skilled workers, and is already home to over 60 Fortune 500 companies.

“This is one factor that makes Mississauga a sought after destination of many international companies, and the fact is that they are bringing many new jobs to the City.”

Edge T2 is also just a short walk to the world class, luxury shopping at Square One, with shops like Holt Renfrew, Harry Rosen, and Rolex.

Local residents can also walk to neighbourhood restaurants like Earl’s and Bier Market, as well as Whole Foods, Starbucks, and Sheridan College.

The attendees of the Grand Opening had an opportunity to speak with the developer and his team, and learn about Solmar’s commitment to building a new standard of luxury in Mississauga, one that will make Edge Towers the best quality condominiums on the main downtown corridor of Mississauga for years to come.

Condo buyers in Mississauga have a fabulous choice with new Solmar project
