Located off of Yonge Street, just north of Bloomington Road, Woodhaven offers an exquisite selection of 30-, 36- and 38-foot detached residences. Brought to you by Ballymore Homes and Brookfield Residential, this master planned community has already proven to be a huge success among savvy homebuyers.

Woodhaven by Brookfield Residential & Ballymore Homes

Woodhaven is a community of quiet streets and crescents surrounded by mature forests and greenspace. Families will love spending their days here exploring the pristine hiking trails and woodlots that surround the community. The sheer abundance of nature creates a peaceful haven of refuge and retreat. Yet even amidst all this tranquillity, modern convenience is never far away.

A short drive brings residents to the wonderful shopping and dining destinations of downtown Aurora. Discover everything from home essentials at Canadian Tire to cosmopolitan dining at Aw Shucks Oyster Bar and Bistro.

Woodhaven’s ideal location also puts it just moments from some of the most well regarded private schools in the GTA. Aurora Montessori and Private School, Aurora Preparatory Academy and the prestigious St. Andrew’s College are all close at hand. There are a number of excellent public and separate schools right in the neighbourhood as well.

Highways 400 and 404 are both close by, making for equally easy trips into downtown Toronto or up to cottage country. There’s even the Aurora GO Transit station nearby, providing convenient car-free commuting.

An abundance of nature and recreation amenities can also be found here. Woodhaven is located just steps from the prestigious Beacon Hall Golf Club. With an exclusive membership of just 200 people, Beacon Hall boasts a world-class 18-hole golf course rated one the best in the nation. Golf lovers can also explore no fewer than 12 other private and public golf courses within a 15-minute drive.

Of course, the greatest appeal of Woodhaven can be found in its exceptional home designs. Exquisitely designed stone, brick and stucco exteriors boast elegant architectural detailing. The interiors of these homes are intimate havens of true sophistication. Open concept contemporary floorplans cultivate a warm and vibrant energy. Every aspect of these designs has been carefully selected to create the ultimate distinctive family living. Designer kitchens, regal dining rooms and lavish master suites set the standard in these stately residences. Brought to you by Brookfield Residential and CountryWide Homes, two award-winning builders

Located in Caledon East, at the corner of Old Church Road and Innis Lake Road, Pathways is a community that boasts quality schools, acres of inspirational conservation areas to explore, a plethora of activities — like golf courses, spas and ski resorts — and a robust arts and culture scene.

After a successful Phase 1, Pathways Phase 2 is scheduled to start sales this fall. Future homeowners will be able to choose between 36-foot two-car towns starting from the $800,000s and 42-, 46- and 50-foot singles starting from $1.1 million. A view of the pond or maybe extra-deep homesites backing onto protected green space are also a few options to consider.

This excellent selection is designed to echo the gorgeous landscapes of Caledon while bringing all of the intelligent spaces and detailed finishes you’d expect in a quality, modern home.

“We are thrilled to be building once again in Caledon East and build off the success of the original Pathways community,” said Marc Thibault, VP of sales and marketing for Brookfield Residential. “We have designed our plans to meet the needs of today’s buyers with open-concept layouts to encourage family interaction and connectivity. All of the homes are very well appointed with features and finishes that home buyers come to expect.”

“The homes we’re designing include a mix of traditional, transitional and contemporary options for different tastes,” adds Richard Mariani, manager of sales and marketing at CountryWide Homes. “CountryWide Homes is a renowned premium home builder, and Pathways is a great collaboration between two leading brands in Ontario. “Our homes are available with our signature copper accent roofs, nine-foot ceilings on the main floor, natural gas linear fireplaces, quartz or granite countertops in the kitchen and, in the master bathroom, a freestanding tub in all master ensuites as well as a frameless glass enclosure shower stall; that’s all standard.”

Day or night, weekday or weekend, there’s so much to see and do in Caledon. Take golf for instance. There’s a wealth of choices when it comes to courses and clubs for this sport. Or, if trails and parks are more to you and your family’s tastes, Caledon has that too. The Cheltenham Badlands are a stunning option to explore, but they are far from the only one available. The Caledon Trailway Path, Albion Hills Conservation Area, Forks of the Credit Provincial Park, Caledon East Community Park, Trans Canada Trail Pavilion Park, Dicks Dam Park, Edelweiss Park and Glenn Haffy Conservation Area offer a variety of other options. Caledon lives up to its reputation as one of the greenest towns in Ontario.

But that small-town feel doesn’t limit the amenities that are available. Whether residents want to buy fresh, organic food from the farmers’ market or get all their shopping done at once from big brand stores like Walmart or Zehrs, both are covered. Pub or martini bar, sushi or fish and chips, no matter your preference, the area has it and more.

The city of Caledon is gratified to have been included many times in Canada’s top ranking for safest cities.

“We’re incredibly proud of the community we’re building here,” says Thibault. “Caledon East is a beautiful place to live. Plus, Caledon has great schools and it’s a really safe, beautiful town. We knew we would be creating a neighbourhood that would be ideal for established families and for people who are looking to move up, just outside the city, without losing that easy access to everything they still want. We’re starting with a location that’s really special, and that makes all the difference.”

Woodhaven in Aurora to open this spring

Brookfield Residential is excited to announce its plans to build a new master-planned community in Aurora. Woodhaven, located on Yonge Street just north of Bloomington Road, will feature a picturesque landscape of rolling hills and mature trees, creating a lush haven.

“Woodhaven is surrounded by green and the stunning natural landscape makes it all the more desirable,” said Marc Thibault, VP of sales and marketing for Brookfield Residential. “Homeowners will be impressed by the abundance of existing trees that have been preserved on the site so the feel of nature will be there from day one.”

Woodhaven will offer a priceless natural setting abounding that captures a lifestyle you have always aspired to, all while enjoying the comforts and conveniences of Aurora. With an amazing selection of shops, restaurants, schools, parks, conservation areas and the GO Transit station nearby, Woodhaven has all the benefits of urban living in a refined atmosphere. Commuters will appreciate Aurora’s close proximity to the city, with Toronto a mere 30 minutes away via Highways 404, 400 or by GO Transit.

Many of the homes in the first phase will back onto protected woodlots with an existing treeline providing an abundant natural surrounding and added privacy where desired. The community will have the benefit of quiet cul-de-sac living to enhance the tranquility of the surroundings. Woodhaven will feature a variety of upscale housing options for families in its first phase, including detached homes positioned on 30- to 50-foot homesites.

The homes will feature modern designed open spaces to maximize living space including gourmet kitchens, welcoming family rooms and luxurious ensuites. “We designed the plans with today’s homebuyers in mind ensuring open spaces with increased ceiling height and an abundance of windows and natural light flowing into the homes,” Thibault said.

“The homes are well appointed and we’ll continue to build on the principles that homeowners have come to expect from us – innovative designs, exceptional quality and superb customer service.”

Woodhaven is scheduled to open this spring. Registrants from the website will be provided with priority information and special offers/updates leading up to the opening and an invitation to the VIP Preview Opening.
