Model affected : Motorized window coverings sold under the Bali, Graber, and Signature Series brands.
Sold : More than 2,000 units were sold in Canada and a further 59,000 in the U.S. between December 2015 and November 2016.
Potential problem: The Zeus brand AA lithium batteries can overheat or leak, leading to potential burn risks. There have been five incidents reported in the U.S., including one that resulted in a minor burn.
