The most recent Tour of Homes was the Hoover project. Here are a few highlights and key design elements that transitioned this “builder grade” home to a truly unique custom home.

A dark and depressing loft bedroom was transformed into the master wing at the Hoover project, delivering a peaceful sanctuary for the homeowner. This space features a multitude of design elements such as: Master lounge with soundproofing to block the world out, a dressing room to prepare for the challenges of the day, master bedroom complemented with vaulted ceilings and skylights to let natural light in, a balcony that seamlessly integrates the exterior with the comfort with the interior, and finally a spa bathroom experience.
Relaxation and comfort should be integrated into daily life and not reserved just for weekends. The master wing of the Hoover project allows the homeowner to take refuge in their own space.
