HOMES Publishing Group is pleased to announce that established, award-winning journalist Wayne Karl has joined the team as Senior Digital Editor, effective September 17, 2018.
Wayne was most recently, the Managing Editor at NextHome (a division of Yellow Pages), where he managed a national network of new home and condo and rental publications across Canada, as well as related digital products, social media platforms and content syndication partnerships.Wayne's previous career stops include major media companies such as Rogers Media, Transcontinental, and in a freelance capacity, at BellMedia.His work has appeared in Huffington Post, Canadian Real Estate Magazine, Canadian Business, Toronto Life, The Globe and Mail, National Post, The Financial Post, The Toronto Sun, Marketing Magazine, Profit Magazine and other high profile print, digital and television media outlets.Wayne will lead the digital content generation for myhomepage.ca in both the new home and new condo categories and enhance the adult-lifestyle and product categories.
