If you reside in a house, adding a fireplace to your home can be a relatively simple process; however, condo-dwellers may encounter a few challenges from space to accessibility, ventilation to finding an electric fireplace that "looks like a real fire."
Many condos and lofts are outfitted with gas, or even wood-burning fireplaces, but if this is not the case for your particular condo all is not lost, as there are many different possibilities that would still give you the beautiful ambiance a fireplace can create while facilitating any structural or venting limitations you are facing.
