Cannery District

Winzen Developments is currently building on a ten acre site on the former cannery land located at the intersection of Pettit Avenue and Cropp Street. This site is an infill site only a short distance to the business and tourist sections of Niagara Falls.  The established neighborhood area surrounding the site offers great opportunities for walking or biking.  Within walking distance are nearby shopping plazas to meet all the needs of residents.   Access to nearby highways and the U.S border makes the site well located for short trips to the numerous wineries and golf courses in the area and to the Buffalo airport.
