Welcome to Kings Landing in Port Perry, Ontario. Kings Landing features an array of amenities including tennis, bocce, shuffle board, a swimming pool, fitness center, a recreation room and guest suites. Stockworth acquired the site for Kings Landing in the year 2000, and was able to construct and develop a free standing restaurant and a Canadian Tire store on the North end of the land. The South end is zoned for the development of 250 residential condominiums and approximately 100,000 square feet of retail, commercial and office.

The design of the buildings was to ensure that the architecture of Port Perry was present in our new buildings.

The site is adjacent to the environmentally sensitive Lake Scugog shores, and accordingly the site is blessed with the ability to be very close to walking trails and nature. The view from the residential units will take into account Lake Scugog.

As well, there will be newly built retail & commercial within walking distance of the residential. The residential units will have access to a fitness & wellness centre to be built. All residential units will have underground parking. Of course, there is always the historic downtown Port Perry which is not far away.
