In 2017, Toronto is a thing of beauty, with elegant midrise condos and modern and majestic highrises soaring to the sky.In 1987, when HOMES got a sister named Condo Life, we continued the Annual Builder Yearbook, providing our readers a Who's Who of the best in the industry.It isn't just the city that's changed.
