Madison Group held a star-studded launch for their new condo, the world’s first ever Nobu-branded highrise, as well as Canada’s first Nobu Hotel and Nobu Restaurant

Renowned Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Academy Award winner Robert De Niro and Hollywood producer Meir Teper, principals of Nobu Hospitality, along with principal developer Madison Group, announced the official opening of the Nobu Residences Toronto at a press conference inside the soon to be open Nobu Residences Toronto Sales Gallery.

Nobu Residences is a dynamic project featuring the world’s first ever Nobu branded highrise residences as well as Canada’s first Nobu Hotel and Nobu Restaurant. Located in the heart of the entertainment district, transforming Mercer Street with its landmark design, Nobu Residences Toronto will rise 45 storeys above the historic Pilkington Glass Factory. The development will feature two dramatic residential towers, with 660 units and enviable views of Toronto.

The architecture and interior design for Nobu Residences Toronto, envisioned by Stephen Teeple of Teeple Architects and Alessandro Munge at Studio Munge, will celebrate thoughtful living, superior craftsmanship, and the essence of Nobu. The residents will enjoy tailored Nobu Amenities that span two floors and are inspired by a holistic sensibility.

The outdoor terrace and Nobu Fitness Centre are connected by a two-storey glass atrium that is anchored by a reflective water feature which is at the core of the Nobu Fitness Centre and surrounded by state of the art fitness equipment. Other amenities include a yoga studio, spin studio, wet steam, dry sauna, hot tub and cold plunge and a private massage room.
