Nobu Residences Toronto is Nobu’s first foray into residential development. Partnering with Madison Group, distinguished developers of lowrise and highrise residential projects across the GTA for over three generations, the hallmarks of Nobu’s luxury and style will be transposed into exclusive condominium residences on Mercer Street in downtown Toronto’s Entertainment District. With ground-breaking architecture envisioned by Teeple Architects, stunning bronze twin towers overlaid with a black metal lattice will rise 45-storeys high atop a classical brick-clad podium and Art Deco elements preserved from the original Pilkington Glass Factory that once stood on Mercer Street in the 1900’s. Nobu Residences Toronto will feature 660 condominium suites and superb amenities in finely appointed detail curated by renowned interior design firm, Studio Munge.

“With every new hotel we open, I have another place to unwind. With the development of Nobu Residences Toronto, I have found a new place to call home”.
— Chef Nobu Matsuhisa

With the overwhelming success of Nobu’s initial release earlier this summer, the final release this fall of a limited number of penthouse suites on the uppermost floors of the east tower — the Penthouse Collection — has been highly anticipated. These luxuriously appointed suites will offer 10-foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, quartz kitchen countertops and backsplashes, and a Miele appliance package, to mention just a few.

No doubt the Penthouse Collection will have the best views of the city’s skyline, cinematic views of the CN Tower, a broad sweep of Lake Ontario, Toronto Island, and the Financial District.
