CertainTeed Insulation Canada’s parent company is doing its part to promote jobsite safety by inducting its Ottawa manufacturing plant the Saint-Gobain Millionaires Club – an award recognizing a facility that’s gone one-million hours without a lost-time accident.
With the plant operating on 12-hour shifts 24-hours a day, that works out to more than four years’ without a serious accident. The company held two separate dinner and dance receptions so everyone could take part.
